Personal Development

Every Child. Every Opportunity. Every Day.

At Greenfield Academy, we believe education is about far more than academic success.

Our Personal Development programme helps every child develop the knowledge, skills, confidence and character they need to thrive both in school and beyond. Through a wide range of learning experiences, we prepare children for the opportunities, responsibilities and challenges of adult life while encouraging them to become kind, respectful, resilient and ambitious young people.

Personal Development is woven throughout school life. It is delivered through our curriculum, tutor programme, assemblies, enrichment opportunities, leadership roles, educational visits and the everyday experiences that help children grow as individuals.

Our aim is simple:

To ensure every child leaves Greenfield Academy ready to succeed in learning, in life and in their future.
